The withdrawal was applied for on March 31 but hasn’t arrive until April 5. The website shows that it was processed on the 31st. I contacted the customer service staff, who always said that the withdrawal was delayed because of the pandemic. I think there is something wrong with this platform. What is the relation between bank transfer and the pandemic? Which bank needs more than five days to transfer money?
