Unable to withdraw in huitong

In last December, I joined a livestreaming room, http://sig.hjgj666.com/Wap/, in which they told me to open an account and follow the operation. I deposited 100000 RMB for operation. On February 11st, I wanted to withdraw. But the customer service told that the withdrawal is unavailable because of the NCP. Hope WikiFX make an exposure on it.
