Serious Operational Issue on Bank Wire Withdraw

I have try to withdraw via Bank Wire and when I come to the screen that processes the withdraw via bank wire, even my MT4 (and client portal) shows there is funds for me to withdraw, the portal screen do not allow me to enter the withdraw amount. Email and sent message no respond.
