Is Huiyang Investment in Chengdu legal? Is it regulated? I was scammed by the mentors.

I joined Huiyang Investment in Chengdu at the end of September 2019. At that time, they advertised that the stock yield was very high, and I believed it. After I paid a service fee of CNY 88800 (6 months) to become a client, the customer service staff shortly suggest me to upgrade the service, saying that the rate of return can reach 30-40%. I paid another CNY 30,000 (6 months). Then the account manager said that I could become a customized customer with the rate of return reaching 60% if I can pay CNY 180,000. I said I don’t have that much money, so I won’t pay it. After that, the customer service did not respond me anymore. All the recommended stocks made me lose money. None of them were profitable. I lost more than CNY 500,000 in total in addition to the service fee. I have asked them many times for refund but it was rejected. The reason was that I have listened to their lessons. Each of the three lessons cost CNY 59,800. There were also additional services for me. According to their calculation, it was me who have to pay them instead. Since joining this company, my life has been completely disrupted, and there is really no way to file complaints! My attempts to negotiating with the other party for many times had failed. At the end of October 2019, the company’s mentor suddenly disappeared and the service was suspended. My request for refund was rejected. What makes me even more angry was that they said that my service time has passed and would not be refunded. My service was temporarily suspended. If I want to, I can continue to trade with their new mentors to recover my losses. How dare I continue to operate with them? What they did is very different from what they had previously promoted.
