STO gives no access to withdrawal since 2019
I have traded in STO for more than 2 years without withdrawing money.I applied for withdrawal in this January.After receiving an email,nobody replied to me anymore.I applied again in March.The email was in Chinese without a signature.I heard that there are more or less problems in STO.Please pay attention to it.
