FP Markets manipulated on clients’ accounts, causing forced liquidation.

On last May 17th, I opened a trading account and an agent account on FP Markets . And I deposited $9000, making constant losses. Then the domestic agency became out of contact. Since the MT4 was normal, I continued to trade. On April 16th, FP Markets shifted the position of WTI, while I haven’t received relevant notice. On 20th, the staff of FP Marketscontacted me, with voice record on both sides, I queried about the position shifting, while FP Markets claimed that onus wasn’t on their side. At 13:00, April 20th, we had the second phone call. The IT department said that they wouldn’t shift position without noticing the clients. They promised to reply to me at 15:00. At 13:40, the customer service said that they had sent the email and refuse to show it again. I received the 4th call on 21st, which apologized for the mistake of IT department so the email is unsent. They also stated that they have no duty to inform clients in advance according the Australian laws.

本人于2019年5月17日,在FP markets 中国区办事处开设代理账户,以及交易账户,当时FP markets 宣称持有澳洲全牌照券商,在中国上海和北京都有正规办事处,本人开完交易账户陆续入金将近9000美金,一直处于亏损状态,之后突然联系不上国内的办事处,但是因为MT4账户可以正常使用也就没有深究,在交易的过程中,4月16日 FP markets 就交易品种WTI品种进行了转仓和展期处理,但是本人并没有收到FP markets 的任何通知文件,在多方面联系FP markets的情况下,澳洲的FP markets 联系到我,于2020年4月20日联系了本人,在本人接通境外来电时明确的表明我有进行录音,而FP markets 的工作人员也同时表明和我的通话同样被录音,我对于FP markets 的无通知转仓行为表示了质疑,FP markets的工作人员表示,FP(简称) 无责给客户发送提示邮件以及文件,需要客户自己去官网观看通知,不需要提醒客户就可以在后台给客户操作转仓行为,可以在转仓之后没有告知客户的情况下就可以扣除客户的盈利部分,在商讨无果的情况下,于北京时间2020年4月20日下午13点进行第二次电话,第二次为IT部门,在IT部门沟通之后,IT部门很赞同我的说话,并且表示FP markets 绝对不会在客户不知情的情况下就进行转仓行为,而且明确表示FP markets 有责任在转仓的时候来提醒客户,但是由于不知道具体情况需要调查一下原因,约定于2020年4月20日下午15点给予答复,并且做出解决方案,随后在13点40分接到FP markets 的第三通电话,FP markets客服表示,在转仓之前曾经发过这封邮件,但是可能因为我邮件的设置原因或者服务器原因所以没有收到,我本人表示怀疑FP markets客服人员的说法,请求FP markets的工作人员提供发送邮件通知的证据,证明FP markets有发送邮件,而是我个人的原因没有收到,但是请求几次,FP markets的工作人员都表示不可以提供,需要和领导沟通,商讨再无果,本人于2020年4月21日再次接到FP markets工作人员的第四通电话,说是由于FP markets的IT部门失误,导致邮件没有发送成功,确实抱歉,下次会注意,还再次表示根据澳大利亚法律规定FP markets 没有责任和义务告知客户任何提示,对此我深度表示怀疑FP markets的专业性
