Severe Slippage

Last Friday I bought short crude oil, but the opening price this Monday was 6000 pips higher. What is the meaning of my stop loss order? My balance reduced to a negative number. The platform doesn’t give a damn. And there are always problems when I try to withdraw. When I applied for a withdrawal and waited for e-mail feedback, they always told me that the application was unapproved. This is just a bottomless hole.
