你好，5月13号的时候我申请出金，说好的3-5个工作日到账直到今天都还没收到。万科给我了这个，我很质疑它的专业度。我希望他们能尽快回复我。

Hi all,I initiated my withdrawal one week ago as of 13th May 2020. It was stated very clearly that it will take between 3-5 working days.
