But the withdrawal didn’t arrive. Then I withdrew all my fund. Then the risk controlling of this company said I was just allowed to withdraw my principal because there was something wrong with my account. I immediately looked through my trading records and the company's abnormal trading rules and confirmed that there was no violation of the company's abnormal trading rules. I can't help but ask the company, does the company only allow customers to lose money and not allow customers to make profits? So I sent many e-mails to the company, but SafeGoldBullion did not give any reply. Now it has been one month since the gold was issued, but no funds have been received
