Unable to withdraw. Have to pay individual income tax

The programmer guided u to operate and after operation, he asked me to withdraw funds. But I have to pay margin cuz my card number was wrong. Then I was told to pay the handling fee of third-party payment and individual income tax after paying the margin. I continued checking with the customer service, so they just blacklisted me and blocked me. I can’t log in or consult the customer service in three months.
