通过微信朋友圈发布以通过技术手段套取平台资金提现后收取佣金的理由骗取受害者资金，利用蝙蝠app昵称为ACCN055带我平台交易，交易完成后我提现后将我账号冻结要求我缴纳账号余额的百分之四十资金激活账号，我没有充值就将我微信拉入黑名单，平台账户禁止操作也被改为锁定无法登录，这伙骗子还在利用这个网址骗人，大家一定不要在上当受骗了
