EasyMarkets’ system problem made me unable to close position and lost money. The platform keeps finding excuses.

My balance was about 32000 USD before. I suffered losses before but I never regretted them. But this time at the night of June 21th, I bought short 35 lots gold. The closing price at weekend was about 1398 and the stop loss level was 1402.8. In June 24th that morning, the price was about 1400 when it opened. The number was jumping, but I was unable to close position or trade. I stayed up a whole night to close position that morning. Because of the system error, I could do nothing. EasyMarkets’ reply was perfunctory. They wanted me to prove that I was intending to close position and buy long at that time. My reply was, “How was I able to know I can’t trade if wasn’t trying to close position or buy long?”. Then they said I didn’t contact them in the first place. Indeed, I didn’t realize it a problem of the platform. Until that night, when I asked EasyMarkets to give me my order histories did I found something wrong. Till now, EasyMarkets gave me no compensation for their server’s problem which caused my loss and no order history. Now they are moving their platform abroad. Can they just play tricks when something happens?
