Ich habe am 8. Februar 2021 eine Auszahlung von 34,59 $ von meinem Handelskonto beantragt und bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt habe ich das Geld nicht auf meinem Konto erhalten. Ich habe am Dienstag meinen fxtm-Kundenbetreuer, Herrn Ahmed, kontaktiert und er hat mir versichert, dass das Geld sicherlich noch vor Ablauf des Tages auf meinem Konto erscheinen wird. Aber als ich am Mittwoch anrief, um ihm zu sagen, dass das Geld nicht angezeigt wurde, nahm er meine Anrufe nicht mehr an. Ich habe den Online-Kundendienst kontaktiert und sie sagen nur, dass das Geld auf meinem Konto eingegangen ist. Ein Mr. Zeeno Williams, den ich fxtm durch ihr Partnerprogramm vorgestellt habe, sitzt mir jetzt im Nacken, weil er die Gelder, die er diese Woche von seinem Handelskonto abgehoben hat, nicht erhalten hat. I applied for a withdrawal of $34.59 from my trading account on 8th February, 2021 and up to this moment I have not received the money in my account. I contacted my fxtm account manager, Mr. Ahmed on Tuesday and he assured me that the money will surely reflect in my account before the end of that day. But on Wednesday when I called to tell him that the money didn't reflect, he didn't pick my calls again. I contacted their online customer care and all they are saying is that the money has been deposited into my account. One Mr. Zeeno Williams who I introduced to fxtm through their partnership program is on my neck now for not receiving the funds he withdrew from his trading account this week.
