Auszahlung nicht möglich

Ich habe 250 EUR bei eingezahlt KayaFX . Der Ärger begann, als ich darum bat, mich zurückzuziehen. Der "Account Manager" belästigt mich, weil ich mehr Geld einzahlen muss, und verarbeitet meine Auszahlung nicht. Sie antworten nicht auf meine E-Mail, legen auf und schließen alle Live-Chats, die ich über die Auszahlung initiieren möchte. Ich will nur mein Geld zurück.

Unable to withdraw fund

I deposited EUR250 at KayaFX. The trouble started when I requested to withdraw. The "account manager" is harrassing me about depositing more money and is not processing my withdrawal. Now, they are not responding to my email, they hang up on me and they close all live chats I try to initiate about the withdrawal. I just want my money back.
