Withdrawals has not arrived my BCA Bank account

I am a rookie trader from Bandung at Indonesia. I only deposit 300 dollars in VanoxFX. Two weeks ago, I withdraw my money and the status shows "Withdrawal verification" till now and the fund has not arrived my BCA bank account. Please help me from VanomFX.

Saya trader Pemula dari rekomendasi trader asal Bandung Indonesia, Kang Doni Salmanan. Deposit hanya sekitar $300 di akun VanomFX 2 minggu lalu, tapi ingin saya tarik lagi, sampai saat ini status "Penarikan Terverifikasi" namun penarikan dana belum juga masuk ke rekening bank BCA saya. Mohon dibantu kejelasannya dari Pihak VanomFX PT. SEMBILAN GROUP PERKASA dengan no Rek: BCA 1450107979
