VT Markets crazy slippage

VTMarketsOn Feb 4th 2022, My EA opened a pending order BUY STOP @
1810.79, later that pending order triggered with an entry buy price @
1812.44. Wouldn't you count that as sever slippage. And this is not the
first time, this happened. The last time, they said it was due to market
condition or basically they said I should just accept it and move on.
