大通在中国特别是咱们平台的客诉也是集中的。我也是受害者之一[d83d][de2d],去年11月被MBG转到大通后,承诺半年内解决完中国用户问题,可是自今年3月后,再无音讯。给MultiBank发邮件,得到的回复就是“尽快”“知晓”,如下图。但迟迟没有动静,我已经向澳洲的监管发过几次投诉,但后续就没有了结果。3月前,小额出金过大概1000多美金,都是按实际金额扣除5%手续费人民币转账的,目前我的账户:33515354,金额近10200多美金,截图如下,哪怕收取一定的中间费用,比如5%或10%,请把我们的钱顺利还给我们
