4月14日晚下单后出现平台断开连接，无法交易，K线图停滞情况，持续约十分钟后恢复，本来盈利四五个点，随着欧元一波下跌变成亏二三十点以上，严重影响正常交易。后向在线客服反映，要我通过邮件发送日志等材料，回复邮件称平台服务器没有发现问题，其他客户没有反映中断情况，我认为这只是他们平台单方面说法，因为其他人无从得知，不是有效证据。我百度查了mt4连接失败，说是平台服务器不稳定导致，后又打客服电话和发邮件反映，平台方始终是推脱责任态度，说我这边网络问题，但又给不出确实充分证据。事实上我这边一直能正常连接上网。对于日志中的数据中心（服务器）连接失败，也没给出合理解释
