Je n'ai pas pu retirer les pièces qu'ils m'ont envoyées

Mon ami m'a présenté à un agent qui travaille avecOANDA , j'ai discuté avec l'agent et je leur ai payé, ils m'ont envoyé les pièces que j'avais demandées, mais jusqu'à présent, je ne peux pas retirer les pièces qu'ils ont envoyées dans mon portefeuille. Je conseille aux autres de ne pas utiliserOANDA .

My friend introduced me to an agent who works with Oanda, I discussed with the agent and I paid to them, they sent me the coins I requested for, but uptill now I can't withdraw those coins they sent to my wallet. I advice others not to use Oanda.
