Unavailable withdrawal

The withdrawal applied on February 2nd is yet to be received(now it is 29th). The previous request on 17th was refused, before which, the withdrawal was available within 3 to 7 workdays. The platform sent an email, explaining that was due to surveillance by Swedish regulator. But why you refuse rather than postpone? Hope you remain credibility and give us the fund as soon as possible.

出金迟迟不到账且被拒绝！

在这个平台2020年2月2号的提现至今未到(今天日期2020年2.29号)，2.17号的提现被拒绝，在此之前的出金基本3-7个工作日到账。平台发过来的邮件说是因为要申请瑞士监管，所以提现会“稍有延迟”，即便可以理解延迟，但是为什么给拒绝呢？希望该平台能够尽快处理投资人的出金需求，认认真真做好平台，只有这样才能赢得投资者的信任。
