在2/4/2020提款，系统显示最迟5天能到账，等到10/4/2020都还没收到提款。联络了客服却说已汇款，叫我询问银行，然后我照做，银行方确实没有收到任何汇款服务。之后去询问回客服，他们又说可能中介问题，然后完全没有想解决问题的意思。请各位要用这平台的人注意
