On September 6, 2021, when I was trading, more than 200 open positions suddenly appeared within one second. I have reported to the broker about this, and the broker’s response to the open positions of the broker is done by the EA, although the EA I use can only close positions. please help. thank you

Open Posisi Saat Server Maintenance

Tanggal 6 September 2021 , saat saya sedang trade ,tiba tiba muncul open posisi lbh dari 200 posisi dalam waktu 1 detik.
saya telah melakukan complaint kepada pihak broker terkait hal tersebut, dan jawaban dari pihak broker open posisi itu dilakukan oleh EA
padahal EA yang saya pakai hanya bisa close posisi.
