2021.8.19 早上11点左右，我有买黄金1781 1781.3 1780.6的多单 止损设置的是1777.5 11点10分钟左右 黄金下跌到设置的止损位1777.5没有成交平仓 在该止损位停留1分多钟 然后黄金继续下跌 订单逐个被强制平仓 直至账户余额为零 马上联系客服 给客服说明了情况 客服说帮忙申诉 但是要等3-5个工作日 我想问 一个问题需要那么久来处理？ 该平台公司是没人了吗？ 客服的聊天记录没有截图 每次聊天结束 聊天记录好像不会被保存
