Don't sign up with this investment company, they will make you put money into your account without a chance to withdraw. I did everything they asked but they kept changing how much they wanted me to pay upfront for the loan The report made out to the fintrack/org authority set in motion the chain of actions that saw my investment returned. Tickmill is a scam because even after paying for the loan and tax, they tried to hold onto my investment.

Nothing has changed. I reported in February that I had lost $150,000 due to an internal "fraudulent action" occurrence on my account, and despite promises that an inquiry would be conducted, I have received no response. Over the course of two sessions, they were able to steal $80,000 from my account. This all started when I requested a withdrawal of some of my funds. AssetsClaimBack, an Australian firm, filed a report with the proper authorities, requesting that they look into shutting down similar exchanges and restoring my withdra wal access, as they had done for other victims. Investors should be aware of this. I'll keep you informed. Hopefully, the story will end happily.
No support after misexecuted trailing stop
After a previously positive AUDCAD short trade on April 20th, a faulty trailing stop was executed on April 22nd (see photo). The problem was reported a few hours later, unfortunately without positive feedback so far.The resulting damage currently amounts to around 600 euros.I've been trading for several years and this error pattern is not uncommon, but other brokers fix the wrong signal (reset to start price) within minutes and the trade is back on track. Every minute counts in the stock market andsuch poor support is a betrayal of trust.

Tickmill said to claim your profit I need to create a live MT4 account upon registration they always Disapprove my proof of address theres a lot of reason they request additional documents but I provide my bank account statement and internet bills that indicate my residence address and my name.Until now I cant withdraw my profit. Bad customer support.
A client has complained that he was having problems withdrawing to his bank account and when he tried to contact customer support, they did not respond. The client is very disappointed with their customer service.

The platform asked for double principal before withdrawal. I downloaded tickmill’s app on www.tickmillex.com on July 19 this year and deposited $1,800. On August 12, I was unable to withdraw and the required amount was doubled.

A client from India has complained that tickmill charges exchange rate of 9% higher whenever he tries to deposit or withdraw through the local system and he faces technical issues whenever he tries to withdraw. Now he thinks he made a big mistake by putting his money into this broker.

Because I used Revolut to deposit 100, the platform showed that it did not support it. In the end, the platform only returned 70 euros to me.
