Bankrupt? Abscond?

The MT4 account has been disabled since November 9, neither has my login account. I’ve tried several times and then my account was closed.
I contacted the customer service on the web but no one replied to me. So I emailed them, they replied and said there was some problem with their server and they were repairing it on November 12. Since then, there has been no answer.
I’ve tried many times with many ways but no one answered me. I still can’t log in now. Do they need so much time to repair the server? I don’t know whether my money is safe. The broker said their customer service would be available all the time but now no one replies to me. I just want my money back cuz I feel my money is not safe
