Swissquote manipulated their prices, which makes me positions wiped out

There was some error with Swissquote's internal system, making the prices changed and wiping out my positions of $300,000. At first, they said they will take responsibility for the forced liquidation to avoid complaints. But now they said they were so sorry to tell us that they can't compensate for the forced liquidation.
