Forced liquidation for unable to close positions
Place orders of ETHUSD on May 12, 2021 and the candlestick was normal at that time
I found this product was gone when I wanna see the candlestick of ETHUSD
I asked my account agent and he said I couldn’t trade the virtual coin cuz my account type had been changed. I didn’t test what he said.
And I though the order still existed so I ignored
The time that I wanna close the position: 2021-05-19 18:00~19:00. Unable to close. Tha agent asked me to contact the customer service.
I thought the transaction should be invalid cuz I can’t close my own positions. Therefore, a complaint was filed

交易無法平倉導致帳戶爆倉
2021-05-12下單交易ETHUSD及看圖表都正常
2021-05-14想看ETHUSD的交易圖表時發現已經沒有這個交易品種
2021-05-14詢問我的帳戶代理說他們公司幫我更改了內地帳戶類別因此無法交易虛擬貨幣,代理跟我說之後可以隨時平倉,因此我沒有去測試..
由於未經我同意就更改帳戶類別,我當時想說單子還在我就沒去理會
想平倉時間段 2021-05-19 18:00~19:00,發現按了平倉完全沒有反應,當下立刻跟代理反應了此問題,叫我與客服聯絡
我認為平台無法平倉出場導致帳戶虧損爆倉,交易無效,故提出申訴
