MG Take the Balance without Permission

using the reason for Maintenance, MG makes zero every MG's account that connected to SmartX / Net89, including those accounts that don't use the SmartX anymore, without permission.
It means they have login access to every MG's account. Is that legal.[3f]
Their website and also their client accounts that connected to SmartX can't login too in the MT4.
