FxPro keeps clients from trading by letting them lost connection

I’ve been trading for a year and it was fine for the first half year. I doubled my balance. After then, the PC terminal of FxPro keeps losing connection, especially when it comes to USA time. Sometimes the clock would just click for a few seconds, but the price keeps still. It just won’t let me do my orders. This never happens in the first half year. The platform said it was because of my bad Internet environment. If so, why such a problem didn’t occur before instead after me doubling my balance? What’s more, I also trade on other platforms, which are in good internet connections. The worse is that sometimes it blocks not only my PC terminal, but also my mobile terminal. But it is fine and easy if I sign in other MT4 platforms on my phone. I’ve got videos to prove this. The service of the FxPro either say it was because of my Internet, or just play fool.
