我六月份用中国银行入金富拓，八月底的时候想出金，发现需要上传对账单，手机截图上传后，说没有姓名什么的，多截了几张，拼一起，还是不行，期间联系在线客服，也安排了微信经理，说用电脑登网页，截图后也没处理，我用的入金的卡出金，你们咋这么卡呢，其他平台都是秒过秒出，还有换个代理，发了两份邮件邮件，啥反应没有
