感觉被骗了，2月份投了5000美金，把盈利的300元美金提现出来了，现在想提本金出金，提不出，经纪人说是要盈利3次以上才可以提现，说钱在外国市场，现在只是预约，估计是不是要崩盘跑路了？？？
