INFINOX withheld fee randomly.

Having released the notice at 16:50 on April 16th, INFINOX withheld the fee on at 5:00 on 17th. It also deducted the exhibition fee on crude oil on April 30th. There was over $1000 balance, $500 of which was deducted by INFINOX . Now I require INFINOX to refund my fund. If my account became forced liquidation due to insufficient fund, the onus is on INFINOX to compensate me.
