As for the application for withdrawal on September 7, related departments emailed you at that moment that additional information was required to verify the payment method for further processing. However, your withdrawal was refused because you didn't provided related information. You submitted documents required by the verification department on September 9 and applied for withdrawal at the night of September 14. The verification was completed this time and the withdrawal was remitted by the system on September 15. As for arrival, this depends on the efficiency of payment providers. In June, I used Bank of China to deposit funds in FXTM. At the end of August, I wanted to withdraw funds. I found that I needed to upload a statement. After uploading a screenshot from my mobile phone, I was told that I didn’t have a name or anything. The customer service also arranged a WeChat manager, saying that I should use a computer to log in to the web page, but I didn’t deal with it after taking a screenshot. I sent two emails, but there is no response.
