No Withdraw Record on the Website

The Chinese and English version of this platform are inconsistent. What makes me worry most is that the Chinese version has no withdraw record. When I asked the service, they replied me brazenly, “I said we have records and that’s enough”. Nowhere to find my withdraw record? If one day the platform goes wrong, I believe they could just make my money “vanish”. That is unsafe.
