Unable to withdraw

I can’t withdraw since April of this year. There is still $40,000 in my account. The customer service of this platform has been stalling for various reasons. They said the bank was changed at first and then they said it was because of the third party. They explained they withdrew from Chinese market two weeks ago and would allow me to withdraw. Then no response. Refund me all the money!
