The stop loss is useless, my position was wiped out

I trusted JINRONG before. But the price of XAU/USD dropped at 19:53, 11/16. My positions were supposed to close at the stop loss level while it didn’t, which caused my position wiped out. It has been over 10 minutes from fluctuated market to close positions. There is a gap of over $10 between the stop loss price and close position price. The customer service keeps shrinking responsibility and doesn’t help me solve the problem. This is a fraud platform, please be careful.

金荣中国我之前还是比较信认的贵金属平台，就在11.16 19:53左右黄金突然下跌，我订单本可以亏损点儿止损，但实际价格超过了止损价格未平仓止损最终导致帐户暴仓，止损无效，从突然行情到系统平仓，十多分钟，最终止损价与设定止损价格十多美元差距，联系客户也不处理，一直推脱不想处理，确实是一个黑平台应该好好监管。小心。
