Richness Empire is a BIG SCAM

I deposited a total of $3000 and it went as high as $7K, last Saturday, we tried withdrawing a small amount of profit, however the customer service inform us that their system experiencing slowness in withdrawal system and needs to wait for 12 hours to give feedback. After that, they inform me that due to multiple withdrawal request and I am a Filipino, my account withdrawal was blocked and for it to be green, I need to deposit another 7k as a risk payment and for my account withdrawal to be green.
I asked the assurance that if I will deposit the amount, what will be my assurance that I can withdraw? and no assurance was given. I copy the link of this site and forwarded to their customer service. All of the sudden they blocked my account.

I don't know how to transfer my money anymore.
