After investigation, Pan Kaicheng, Taiwanese, who used to be engaged in telecom scam activities in Korea, has been the core person of PTFX. After that, Pan, together with the gang of 20 or so colleagues in domestic and Singapore, engaged in telecom scam again. The pyramid sale team counterfeited the IBM Capital Corporation to to scam victims, which has been cracked down by the Vietnamese police. 经公安机关初步侦查，潘凯辰，台湾人，曾在韩国从事电信诈骗活动，后在普顿诈骗资金盘中成为骨干，是普顿案中的漏网之鱼，后伙同新加坡和国内外20余名常年从事电信诈骗，金融诈骗，越南盾诈骗和传销团伙人员组织策划虚假IBMCC假金融平台实施团伙诈骗，现越南警方已经抓获IBMCC中国籍及越南籍犯罪嫌疑人两名，河南省，江苏省，河北省，山东省，浙江省，湖北省，北京市均已受理多起群众报案，部分城市已刑事立案侦查。
