The customer service called me to say they are a Russian platform, yet later I found out that they are from the United States. They offered me a bonus to open account, which is actually just a small rebate of the high spread (the spread is more than double that of other platforms), and its trading software often close the window without any reason, and there is no indicator for me to refer! This is like a novice who has to blindly type as soon as he gets on the computer. These are pitfalls!
