Induced fraud

At first, margin was needed for a large amount of withdrawals. But tax was required after I had paid 80,000 margin. I asked the customer service and she replied that I could withdraw funds after paying tax. The application for a withdrawal has been approved but the withdrawal hasn't arrived. Customer service asked me to wait patiently all along. And now the customer service is out of contact
