The SL is useless in TigerWit. Wipe out positions directly

I've invested in TigerWit for nearly three years. And this exposure is about that the platform didn't close my positions according to the set SL. Normally, transactions will be done when the SL or TP is reached. So if the position is closed at SL, it will convince me. But TigerWit directly wiped out my positions, which makes no sense!
