There are some problems that I’ve met. I placed an order by MT5 of mobile. I bought 0.01of XAUUSD when the price was 2010 but it showed that I bought it when the price was 2002.34. I profited immediately. It was abnormal so I closed my position. But I suffered a loss of $6.47. I closed my position when the price was 1995.87 at the end. It was less than one minute from profit to loss and the spread was up to 1300 pips. After all of these, the price of the XAUUSD was above 2007 to 2008. I never saw it below 2000. The customer service said there was no problem. But we could see the truth from my screenshot!
It is quite unreasonable to make a supplement of USD 2000 for account typing error.
ThinkMarkets shut clients’ account without notice. I have sent feedback several times, but no service responds.
ThinkMarkets banned clients’ accounts randomly. Be careful!!!
Time: 16:00-16:15, last September Lot: 0.1 Time for opening: 2019-09-05 15:32:03 Opening price: 131.728 Stop-loss: 133.620 Take profit: 131.491 Closing price: 131.829 Closing time: 2019-09-05 18:12:19 P&L: -9.44 I couldn’t close my order, #1893216868, timely, causing a $14.4 loss. The service blamed it on wrong systemic quotation. The annex was the screenshot of the quotation. At that time, ThinkMarkets compensated me. Then same situation always occurred. Once, ThinkMarkets expanded my lot and banned my trading, causing huge losses. Eventually, my account became liquidated. I asked for compensation, but ThinkMarkets didn’t respond anymore.
I traded Spanish index small contract. The platform, with high margin, didn’t allow go-short. At last moment, I had to buy long. I made profits in wake of the cocking market. ThinkMarkets didn’t allow 2-way trading, so I applied for the withdrawal. But ThinkMarkets refused with the reason that I abused the trading condition. Which platform stipulates that one couldn’t only place one order? It is my right to choose whether to continue the trading. Why you give no access to my profit if not being a desk-dealing platform? If facing market gap, should you make up the position for clients. The following screenshot is my profit. Now I couldn’t log in to the platform. It compulsorily withheld your fund and prof!
The broker is such a fraud which gave no access to the withdrawal and even withheld clients’ profit, claiming that I was trading illegally.
There was a 800-pip spread between the order placed at the same time. The highest price here is $11 higher than that in other platforms, while it kept shirking.
After I set the stop-loss price, the platform skipped it and expanded my losses.
Severe jump-point, slippage and spread increased the trading risks. The random of 300 to 500 pips slippage before or after the market opens is normal. The slippage is ridiculous when the market opens. If there is no slippage, you need to bear the risk of 250-pip spread.
The platform is disconnected and blames it on technical department.Be careful.
The fraud platform claimed that it is regulated by Bermuda. But its regulatory institution is in China. It says that a fine is regular since the Chinese government doesn’t get the tax fee.The company closed its company in 2018,having absconded. Are you waiting for the country fining you again and take Bermuda out?
Thinkmarkets is confirmed to falsify quotations! ! ! ! ! ! ! Its quotations are completely different from other platforms’ ! ! Many investors on the platform complained that orders are made automatically there, slippages was serious. and the trading environment was bad! !
There was a more than 100 pips of slippage in HSI at today’s 4 o’clock on Thinkmarkets. I contacted the service, who said it’s normal. I’ve checked the data from many other platforms and none of them has such a slippage. The service even told that it was due to the quotation source. How could that be possible? The price of crude oil on their platform is always 2 hours later than the market. And they said it is because of the time lag of mobile trader. I’ve never seen such a problem on other platforms. Stay away from Thinkmarkets.
Australia thinkmarket malicious high spread when the highest 119, open nearly half an hour not moeny back, please pay attention to it
