2021年07.28日下午，在嘉盛平台MT5交易端出现多笔订单不能平仓的问题，当天上午交易盈利900美金左右，下午交易后很快就出现持仓不能平仓的问题，而且是多次平仓都平不掉，交易日志有平仓申请未被执行的记录，导致账户不但把上午盈利的900美金全部吐出去，还产生了7324.97美金的本金亏损，合计损失8225美金，已经和嘉盛微信客服线上、电话客服打电话、邮箱客服发邮件等多种方式沟通一周多时间了，各方客服一直各种相互推诿推脱，微信客服让我打客服电话联系，电话客服让我发邮件联系，邮箱客服对赔偿问题避而不谈，在此发帖维权以及追回账户损失。
