In June, I used Bank of China to deposit funds in FXTM. At the end of August, I wanted to withdraw funds. I found that I needed to upload a statement. On May 17, 2021, I deposited on this broker and gained $50. When I wanted to withdraw $40,000, they asked me to pay 20% of the profits as personal taxes. Then it was said that the payment($62,000) was locked and my account was abnormal. They told me that I had to pay 30% of the total investment. Please help me.
The agent told me my account was at risk and unable to transfer investment. And he said the platform could help deal with abnormal accounts if I deposited 100,000 Taiwan dollars in my MT4 account. He promised that my investment would be upgraded and the deposit would be returned to me. I called the bank and they said my account was available to transfer and remit. There was no suspicion of money laundering. Why they did not allow me to deposit? They still wanted me to deposit in an account that was unable to withdraw.
My TICK account was 8013862. I deposited $10,000 and gained $2,000. I withdrew $6249 on August 9, 2021 but it did not work. On August 11, I was told the withdrawal was rejected. The customer service even blocked me. It might run away.
On the afternoon of July 28, 2021, there was a problem that multiple orders could not be closed on the MT5 trading side of the Jiasheng. The profit of the transaction in the morning was about $900. The problem that the position could not be closed appeared and it was closed multiple times. The position can't be closed. The transaction log has a record that the application for liquidation has not been executed, which caused the account to not only spit out all the $900 of profit in the morning, but also incurred a principal loss of $7324.97, with a total loss of $8225. I contacted with the customer service by wechat, email and telephone for more than a week. They did not take the responsibility. I exposed it and wanted to struggle for compensation.
I did transaction on Toli for more than one year. Sometimes I suffered losses but the account was blocked in recent months after gaining profits. I could not log in MT4 or the website. The customer service did not reply.
