Unable to withdraw on cmarket

I was introduced by an online friend and invested more than $100,000 in cmarket for forex. But the handling fee was required when withdrawing money. The customer service is not available now. I don’t know how to get the money back. The withdrawal application was submitted in August last year. Until now, I haven’t got my money back.
