Don't approve my applications

KYC asked for ID authentication for they had got license in America. So we applied other ID info on November 26. But it takes 3-5 weekd to finish teh check. And their homepage doesn't show anything baout their new license.

アメリカ合衆国の金融ライセンスを取得した事により
今まで(バヌアツ共和国)のKYCから更に厳しい本人認証が必要になったとの事で11/26に追加要求された本人認証情報を提出しました。
審査完了まで3〜5週間を要するとの事でしたが、1/26現在迄未だ完了に至っておらず、出金もできない状態のままです。
Regal Core Marketsのホームページ内には新しいライセンスに関する記載は無く、以前のままバヌアツ共和国のライセンスの記述です。
問い合わせをしてもこの手の質問に対しては全く回答は無いです。
