错误执行追踪止损后没有客服

在4月20日之前的正向AUDCAD空头交易之后，4月22日执行了错误的追踪止损（见图）。几个小时后，我报告了这个问题，不幸的是到目前为止没有积极的反馈。造成的损失目前约为600欧元。我已经交易了几年，这种错误模式并不少见，但其他交易商修复了错误的信号 (重置为起始价格）在几分钟内，交易又回到了正轨。股市中的每一分钟都很重要，如此糟糕的客服是对信任的背叛。

No support after misexecuted trailing stop

After a previously positive AUDCAD short trade on April 20th, a faulty trailing stop was executed on April 22nd (see photo). The problem was reported a few hours later, unfortunately without positive feedback so far.The resulting damage currently amounts to around 600 euros.I've been trading for several years and this error pattern is not uncommon, but other brokers fix the wrong signal (reset to start price) within minutes and the trade is back on track. Every minute counts in the stock market andsuch poor support is a betrayal of trust.
