錯誤執行追蹤止損后沒有客服

在4月20日之前的正向AUDCAD空頭交易之后，4月22日執行了錯誤的追蹤止損（見圖）。幾個小時后，我報告了這個問題，不幸的是到目前為止沒有積極的反饋。造成的損失目前約為600歐元。我已經交易了幾年，這種錯誤模式并不少見，但其他交易商修復了錯誤的信號 (重置為起始價格）在幾分鐘內，交易又回到了正軌。股市中的每一分鐘都很重要，如此糟糕的客服是對信任的背叛。

No support after misexecuted trailing stop

After a previously positive AUDCAD short trade on April 20th, a faulty trailing stop was executed on April 22nd (see photo). The problem was reported a few hours later, unfortunately without positive feedback so far.The resulting damage currently amounts to around 600 euros.I've been trading for several years and this error pattern is not uncommon, but other brokers fix the wrong signal (reset to start price) within minutes and the trade is back on track. Every minute counts in the stock market andsuch poor support is a betrayal of trust.
