Can't close positions after profiting. My positions were nearly wiped out because the market fluctuated greatly but they said it was because of the network.

The market fell to 1863 from 7:00-9:000, on November 16. I contacted the customer service but they can't handle it for us. And the market became normal after over an hour. If you asked them, they won't give you an answer until a week. This is a fraud platform.

11月16日7点到9点之间，行情大跌至1863，后台电脑端手机端同时赚钱不给平仓，长达1小时盈利不给平仓（电脑和手机都操作不了），行情反转后来瞬间反转至18809差点爆仓，联系客服不能及时处理，1个多小时之后平台恢复交易，价格已经上来了，投诉回复说是网络问题，咨询拖时间一个礼拜给答复一个礼拜找他们说是平台网络问题不能赔偿，这个平台太黑了
