I entered OmegaPro in February 2021 through a friend who worked there, she said she was earning good money, since I knew absolutely nothing about online investments, I trusted her, I invested 1000 dollars and supposedly after 8 months I had to withdraw double and if I continued after 16 months I would triple my withdrawal which was false because I was never able to withdraw until today, when I contacted my friend again, she told me that they had been hacked and that they had to change everyone's passwords and that the funds were frozen, that it was not being operated and they transferred us to a broker called "broker group", where supposedly the traders again began to operate so that our money could generate profit and then withdraw, but to this day I cannot withdraw anything, not even knowing how much money I have earned, I was looking at the "broker group" and my last closed operation was in January 2023, I mean I was no longer touching my money, nor do they let me withdraw it.

for context i made my withdrawal on the 18th August 2023 amounting to 500usd as can be seen on my screenshot from my account on Wisemarket. on the wisemarket.com dashboard it says that the withdrawal was successfull however my bank account shows otherwise. what came next was endless follow ups asking for screenshots with no settlement of the issue. i have sent emails to support@wisemarket.com yet i only received computerised replies mentioning it is the bank’s problem as they as a broker have fulfilled their role in the transfer. you can see my frustration in the screenshots when my emails were only met with the same messages. i contacted my IB at that time but to no avail. she insisted that it was the brokers’ doing and not their fault. i just only found out that there is a mediator now available on wikifx so i am now trying to get my funds to where it belongs: my account.

Finally, I was told that I would not be able to withdraw money unless I deposited another 100,000 yen. This exchange is completely fraudulent, and you should not deposit even ¥1 yen.
